Manel Mal Movement

Manel Mal Movement

Call from Motherland

The murderous tiger terrorists terrify and subdue the whole nation in order to tread on a path to divide the Motherland.

It is evident that tiger terrorists, who were able to deploy throughout the country without any hindrance after the so-called ceasefire agreement, are positioning themselves for the next terrorist target.

Members of security forces and the police are making a tremendous sacrifice and dedicate themselves to save our sacred Motherland and defend all Sinhalese, Tamil and Muslim people from ruthless terrorism. However, no citizen who loves his or her country, nation, relatives and children could wait with folded arms leaving security forces and the police to eradicate terrorism from this hallowed land. The biggest task in this war against terrorism has to be borne by YOU! Yes! We, who are the decedents of heroic generations that defended this venerated land successfully from various enemies, have to shoulder that virtuous task.

In this struggle we have to fulfil various tasks. It is an offering for the Motherland; for the Sinhalese, Tamil, Muslim and all other people in this country. It is to eradicate the enemy which doesn’t allow the Motherland to stand upright. Are you ready for it? If you are a true son of Sri Lanka, you have been chosen to shoulder this responsibility. Dedicate yourself for this noble task! Contribute your mite!

Motherland asks for your devotion!

SLIIT Releases 1st Semester Grade.. (Another Sad Story...?)

Well at SLIIT for nothing goes wrong but nothing goes right either.. :-(
This time for the 2nd Year 1 semester IT subject I've got a GPA of 3.48... with another 0.02 points I should I've got a half schol..
Anyway I've got A for Software Technology II, A-s' for Software Engineering I (After a disappointing mid term marks of 12/20) and Data Communication and Computer Networks II (Well this is surprising since I did the final paper really well and my marks for the mid term was 19.5/20... God knows whats going.. on..), and another disappointing B+ for System Programming and Design... and finally a B- for the hard Probability and Statistics paper..
And here comes the good news I've got A- for the Information Systems (1st Year IT Subject that I have to do because of my transfer from Networking Batch...) and that has replaced my 1st year Electrical Engineering - I marks and finally my Cumulative GPA is 3.49.
Even though I'm experiencing the busiest days of my life these days because of our Group Project... I'm really enjoying it very much...
And now my aim is to push my GPA above 3.5 by the end of this semester..
Whish me good luck... :-)
